Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TimeTracker Pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

TimeTracker Pro is a web-based time tracking and project management application that allows users to track time, manage projects, generate reports, and collaborate with team members. The service is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers.

User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide.

Data Backup and Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TimeTracker Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeTracker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TimeTracker Pro from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
